Capiz Shell Collection

These Capiz wares are made from the Windowpane Oyster Shell. The shell grows abundantly in lagoons in the Philippines and South East Asia. Capiz shells are used for making many decorative objects. These products are made by heating and molding many layers of Capiz into a desired shape. They are then sealed with a clear lacquer for long life durability.
